Happy Halloween!

We had the most fun first Halloween with our little Sweet Pea!!! We had a party on Saturday night and then passed out candy to all the neighborhood kiddos on Sunday.....can you guess who this mommy and daddy were supposed to be?!

The world's best Grandbunny made Sweet Pea's lion costume...soooo cute!

I made homemade pulled pork bbq sandwiches, "monster eyes," slime dip and a fiesta seven layer dip...yum! My mom helped me with the sweets...

As you can see, we are sitting up quite well now!

We are loving the cooler weather...finally! We took the little man to a local pumpkin patch after work the other night! So much fun! We went with his little buddy Bradley!

"What do you think this stuff is?" "I have no idea, but it sure is fun!"

Trick or Treat

Happy Halloween! We didn't do much this year for Halloween, stayed home, passed out candy and grilled some burgers! Captain America came by to visit...aka Colin!

My mom made these adorable candy/moon pie owls for my entire class (they were sooo excited!)...and one for Colin too! Aren't they cute?!

She sent some treats for us too! C got a candy apple with carmel, chocolate, sprinkles and chocolate covered bing cherries...his favorite part!

I got a spiffy new apron that I put to good use this afternoon when I baked some Halloween cupcakes!
